The Calm Scoop is made up of 1/4cup of Clear Quartz, Green Angelite, Amazonite, Black Moonstone, Pink Flower Agate, Rose Quartz, Blue Lace Agate, Aura Rose Quartz, Howlite and Ice Flower Agate. Each scoop contains appox 10-12 tumbles and clear quartz raw points.
